What we do
We are committed to serving our clientele’s exercise and fitness needs in a multi-faceted approach. Through personal training, group training, and our expansive network of trustworthy partners in ancillary disciplines, our goal has always been and will continue to be to guide those who count on us in their pursuit of better movement and improved fitness.
Personal Training
Our approach to personal training is to accommodate every skill level, body type, and personal situation. We seek to educate you on methods to not only better yourself but to become a vector for disseminating trusted health and fitness information to your friends, families, and colleagues. By utilizing a variety of unique skill sets and training backgrounds, the Fitness Clinic team is well-equipped to serve any individual we are fortunate enough to work with.
group training
Train in a supportive, uplifting environment that both inspires and motivates. Group classes are a fantastic way to get to know other members while training your body with intention surrounded by others doing the same. Our group classes include spinning classes with Teresa and boot camp group classes with Taylor.
Partnership collaborations
We often refer our clientele to trusted partners that complement our services. If we're not qualified to support you in a specific area on our own, we collaborate with like-minded professionals to ensure you receive the best service and outcomes possible. This includes dieticians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and more.
Our Other services
Because we believe in treating the body as a whole, we offer other beneficial services besides individual personal training.
Jump Start Muscle Activation with Art Brock
Gait Analysis and Plantar foot mapping with Sam Woodworth
