Taylor Meyers
Growing up, Taylor always loved running and playing sports so fitness naturally became a priority at an early age. In her college years at Butler University, Taylor signed up for a strength and conditioning course for her physical wellbeing credit which happened to be taught by FCI owner, Sam Woodworth. Throughout the class, Taylor was exposed to the many areas of fitness which piqued an interest that led to an internship at the Fitness Clinic followed by a full-time job after graduation.
Taylor is passionate about increasing her clients' confidence as well as their overall energy and happiness. While weight loss is also an exciting result to see, helping her clients create sustainable and healthy habits is what she strives for.
Taylor’s favorite workouts include running, HIIT-style workouts, and leg day. When Taylor isn’t at FCI, you can find her running, spending time with family and friends, or biking on the Monon.
