Tayler (Tay) Seymour

Tay is so excited to bring Zest Cycle to Fitness Clinic of Indy! This musical theatre performer-turned-fitness instructor has found a new stage singing, dancing, and motivating from a bike that goes nowhere. When she's not instructing, you can find Tay at Lululemon, spending time with her partner, Alex, or scouring the internet to find her next piece of yellow to add to her closet.

Tay joined the Fitness Clinic of Indy in 2025 to collaborate with like-minded coaches to help positively impact their surrounding community.
