Sam Woodworth
OWNER & TRAINER
Sam graduated in 2010 with an Exercise Science degree from Ball State University. Shortly after, he established his business out of Indianapolis in 2011, where he has been practicing ever since. With a passion for education, Sam aims to emphasize teaching his clients to not only better themselves, but to help initiate change for their friends, family, and even workplaces.
Whether it be through exercise, dietary patterns, sleep hygiene, or stress management recommendations, his top priority is helping as many people as possible in any way that he can. Many times, this means referring his clientele to other professionals in ancillary disciplines. Sam has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of unique clients over the years, in addition to several organizations and businesses. Butler University has also brought him in to teach as an Adjunct Professor for their "Physical Well Being" and "Motor Learning" course offerings. He has also written a book on the benefits (and limitations) of Foam Rolling as a mobility enhancing tool.
When he’s not serving the people he cares about in the facility he loves, you can catch him wandering around his beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood, probably alongside his brilliant and talented wife, Niki.
